Municipal homepage, then county paper

Start with the City of Boise homepage if you need city services or published municipal information. Parcel and assessment questions belong with Ada County Assessor property records and the county’s Property Search & Online Maps. Recorded instruments that affect title or possession belong with the Ada County Recorder. Those offices do not manage your tenant.

Idaho’s forcible-entry and unlawful-detainer chapter is Title 6, Chapter 3. The official definition of unlawful detainer is § 6-303.
