Where a Boise landlord actually opens Ada County and Idaho pages

These are official and primary sources a Boise owner can open. This is not a recommended-vendor directory. Property managers, eviction services, locksmiths, and agents are not endorsed here.

Boise rentals are Ada County files. Do not use Canyon County offices for a Boise parcel.

Creative Home Partners is a principal buyer, not a court, not a property manager, and not a listing brokerage. This site will not tell an owner to evict anyone.

Municipal homepage, then county paper

Start with the City of Boise homepage if you need city services or published municipal information. Parcel and assessment questions belong with Ada County Assessor property records and the county’s Property Search & Online Maps. Recorded instruments that affect title or possession belong with the Ada County Recorder. Those offices do not manage your tenant.

Possession and deposit statutes, plus a public explainer

Idaho’s forcible-entry and unlawful-detainer chapter is Title 6, Chapter 3. The official definition of unlawful detainer is § 6-303. Security deposits are § 6-321 — read that page as a records question, not as steps this site can walk you through. Idaho Legal Aid’s landlord-and-tenant page is a public legal-aid explainer, not an eviction script and not cash-for-keys advice from us.

Certain transfers may involve Idaho Code § 55-2505 (Property Condition Disclosure Act exemptions). This pack will not tell you an exemption applies.

Courts, referrals, and fair housing

Statewide court self-help lives at the Idaho Court Assistance Office. The Idaho State Bar Lawyer Referral Service is a public referral program; a referral is not an endorsement by Creative Home Partners. Federal fair-housing information is at HUD Fair Housing. This company is not a housing agency.
